👤Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold exactly one registered account on sr555. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using shared devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. sr555 uses both automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your username or password with any third party.
• sr555 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• sr555 may close, suspend, or restrict any account found to be in breach of these Terms, used for fraudulent activity, or associated with money laundering or any other illegal conduct.

sr555 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

💳Deposits and Withdrawals

sr555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. sr555 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit. sr555 does not support withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used on your account.

All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms.
• Bonuses are issued to the account for which they are intended and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to a different account.
• sr555 may withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of any change continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of that claim.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular wagering patterns, arbitrage strategies, or collusion will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only — one per person, household, device, and payment wallet. Accounts created solely to claim the Welcome Bonus multiple times will be closed.
• Seasonal promotions — including Eid, BPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and other limited-time offers — are subject to additional eligibility criteria and time limits as stated in each promotion's individual terms page.

sr555 is the sole arbiter of whether a bonus has been correctly claimed and whether wagering requirements have been satisfied. All decisions regarding bonus eligibility, validity, and settlement are final and binding.

🚫Prohibited Conduct

sr555 is available for lawful personal entertainment only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way other than through normal human browser use.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or any technical vulnerability of the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in real time during live casino games.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts, or helping others create accounts, to claim multiple Welcome Bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sr555 staff or other players through any communication channel connected to the Platform.

sr555 determines at its sole discretion whether any activity constitutes prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, sr555 may void all associated bets and transactions, close the account, and retain any balance as compensation for damages incurred.

All content on the sr555 platform — including the sr555 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sr555 or is used under licence from its respective rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any sr555 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the sr555 platform without prior written consent from sr555. Unauthorised use of sr555 intellectual property may result in legal action.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sr555 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or system failure — arising from your use of the Platform. sr555's total liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Technical failures — including game disconnections, payment processing errors, or website unavailability — that occur through no fault of the player.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions regarding how, when, and how much to wager.
